Le tennis de table sport adapté est une discipline sportive proposée par la Fédération Française du Sport Adapté, à destination des personnes en situation de handicap mental ou psychique. La pratique peut être compétitive ou de loisir.
Depuis septembre 2016, Ping Sans Frontières et la ligue Sport adapté Ile de France ont conclu un partenariat pour favoriser le développement des programmes de sport adapté au sein des clubs de la région parisienne.
Les clubs et les structures médico-sociales sont mis en relation afin de favoriser l’intégration des personnes en situation d’handicap au sein des clubs de manière pérenne. Pour ce faire, des journées et soirées de promotion sont organisées.
